A new way of work
Panther was established as an answer to this question: with businesses facing constant rapid change, is there a way to give them access to skills they need at a point in time for specific initiatives, and instead of charging them for effort, share in the realised value?

Executives cannot keep up with proposals and various flavours of the month', and often the proposals touch on components and not a complete solution to the business challenge. We often use the analogy of a cake: baking  a cake for a client is not the same as delivering the ingredients to the client plus an oven.


In pulling together various capabilities to deliver on your opportunity, we use a network of business, each bringing own expertise. We are responsible and accountable for how various parts come together into a solution for you as a client.

This means we carry very little overheads as a business, and that is reflected in competitive rates we charge for our service.
Your business need access to expertise, not necessarily ownership of expertise; especially non-core expertise.

What differentiates us is that you pay for value: 80% of our fees are payable only when you sign off on delivery to agreed standards and outputs. That is the important test as you come across various proposals: does the service provider want to be paid for effort or for value?
